My name is Jack Thompson. I am the owner and operator of Big Wave Window. Big Wave Window prides itself on providing the best service at the lowest price possible. When you work with us, you are working with individuals who want to provide value to the communities we belong to.
I was born and raised in Pasadena and the surrounding suburbs. I credit much of who I am to growing up in Pasadena and attending the schools in the surrounding area. Now, I am truly honored to bring my business into the area.
The mission of Big Wave Window is to be a premier five-star window cleaning agency. This is achieved by treating each of our clients like family, our spotless attention to detail, and by going the extra mile.
